At Mina 925/AuGold LLC, all sales are final. Due to the nature of jewelry products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in denial of future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
